I litterally have seen two separate moderators of the website confirm that it indeed is a technical issue. We should definitely trust them.
Also, if it was voluntary, why would it be so uneven (like happening at some times and not others? Ive also seen a DIY.8 person stating they had the same issue). That doesnt add up to me
