Can’t upload patterns

Due to new rules users from rank 1 doesnt have permissions to buy and get patterns. But I bought patterns before and didnt save them because why should I do it before I need it? But now I cant use that option anymore and I cant upload anything, I also didnt get any coins in return. I mean, new rules seems not fair for people who already spent a lot of their coins for patterns they cant get anymore. Im really frustrated with this and dont really want to spam for coins to promote my rank so it will take a while before I can get it.
Its all for nothing, just want to whine a little. Have a nice day.

I think theres a glitch in the system. We cant also access patterns. Hope they can fix it soon.
