Hi,
I'm crocheting a amigurimi sheep from mykrissie dolls patter.
It says; 2x (sc in next 10 st, 2sc inc)  (26 sts)
But that doesn't make 26
Where am i wrong or the pattern has a mistake
If someone help me i would really appreciate
Thank you

Maybe a mistake. What is the previous round? And the next one? With them, it will be easier to understand what's wrong.

Maybe there's a mistake in the pattern... but some people tend to use the term "double increase" or something similar (which I actually find quite confusing) to indicate that not 2, but 3 single crochets must be worked in the same stitch. Maybe the person means this by saying "2 sc inc", that you would increase 2 sc by working the inc instead of 2. If 3 sc are worked at the inc, then 26 sc at the end of round would be correct.

At the beginning of patterns there's usually a list with all the abbrevriations used. Have you looked if there's something clarifying there?

4. pc, hdc (12x)
5. 2x (sc in next 10 st, 2sc inc)  (26 sts)

Is there some way you can contact the designer? Or maybe you could improvise a solution so that the body turns out with the desired shape...

From what I can figure out from the photos of the project, it doesn't seem the kind of shape where you'd use a triple increase (3 sc into the same stitch).

Here's a suggestion:
R5. (11 sc, inc) x2 (26)
...
R9. (11 sc, dec) x2 (24)

10 sc time 2 is 20. 2sc inc means 2 sc on top of each other on the next 2 loops that makes it 4, times two, is 8. It's 28 not 26 stitches. Try to count your last round if it can produce 28 stitches following the pattern or if it's only 26.

most likely a mistake by the maker of the patern, they probably didn't have any tester
