Help needed.. cant download pattern

Apologies to ask help: I have purchased the pattern but cannot download it.. any suggestion? Do I have to send the link to somebody? thank you for ny suggestion

Hi :) Ive read there were some issues with the downloading process. I usually reload the page if it doesnt start, or else you can try to contact a moderator. Theyll be happy to help :)

My downloads never start automatically.  I have to go into ibooks, open the pattern from there and click download again.

I think its a browser problem. Mine also cant download by clicking the link directly. Try opening the link in a new tab instead and see if it works.

Me too. Sometimes I have to click the download button multiple times for it to download. Good thing is that it doesnt keep on subtracting coins tho.
