Text on the top of sections?

Hello,
Just an idea, if its easy to do and usefull for moderators (less work)...
Is it possible to put a text on the top of "Post new Diary" and "Post New Patterns", like in "Bounty Area"?
In Post new Diary to explain its only to share pictures of the users craftworks.
In Post New Patterns to explain the process and prices, or with a link to those threads... And that patterns cant be downloaded there, because theyre awaiting moderation.

Maybe its not possible in the New Thread part, I dont know.

Its not for me, I was just thinking in this way to reduce the work of moderators, because a lot of people post without reading rules or tutorials, they dont search them in the other sections.

the moderators do this voluntarily.
nobody forces them to do it
and they are paid for it every month with coins

I think thats a great suggestion and I cannot, for the life of me, understand why some users are so rude and inflammatory. I appreciate the work the moderators do and I think this suggestion would make their lives a little bit easier for a small change, one that can hopefully be done by a moderator and not require anything from the tech team.
