How to become able to upload patterns?

I have some patterns I want to upload and also a bounty I want to put out for a pattern, but Im still new and not able to do so atm. When will I be able to do these things?

You can post a pattern from the first minute you registered on the site.
For a bounty request you need at least 500 coins.

Hi. You should upload your templates according to the rules that are specified in the specific section.
You can post your templates if you create a topic in the right section of the site,  but to download new templates you need to have a sufficient number of credits and level of DIY group.
