Hello
I'm having problems loading the page and downloading for 4 days. It's slow.
I get the message unknown time while downloading and it aborts.
And also I have problems writing thank you, it is not accepted.
It's not the browser's fault, I tried three different ones.
Thanks for your help

Our tech team tested , they can not found any problem ... I didnt get another complaint about speed of the site ...Maybe we must seek another reason for your speed  Post time 2024-5-28 19:17

When someone visits this page from a link you share, you will be rewarded

that's always your standard answer when you don't know anything turquoise certainly can't affect the speed of loading the page, it's a transmission problem from pindy  Details Reply Post time 2024-5-25 22:48
Turquoise is an admin who has direct access to not only the tech team (who she can flag re this issue) but also the site owner. It may be Server loads, it may be due to YOUR wifi, I have no issue eg  Post time 2024-5-25 05:55

Hi there! I've been having a few of my download pages load slowly lately, too. Its not usually a problem. What I have been doing is leaving the tab open on my computer to load while I go do something else and try not to think about it. Sometimes it takes me 10 minutes to load a page, but nothing like 4 days!

A few other things you can try is clearing the cookies in your browser or trying a different browser completely.  I would also try logging out of PinDIY just in case.. It sounds like you've maybe tried a few of these things already, though. Lastly, try opening the download page at different times of the day than you usually do. It could be an issue with site traffic, or simply internet traffic in your local area. For example, I find that my internet speed significantly slows down around 3-4pm when all the kiddies are home from school and no doubt hop on the web at home. If you're really needing a pattern, you could try going to a local coffee shop or library and using their wifi instead.

I hope you find something that works! Please update us if you do!

the whole thing is a problem of PinDy itself,
the server does not work with full performance and the overtagging is too weak,
only PindY itself can fix this problem
