Searching for a specific Cross Stitch Pattern - help!

Hi Everyone!
For the past Weeks I have been looking for a specific Cross Stitch pattern called Winter Strawberries by Catherine Theron! So far, I could Identify that it was a Workshop Project and the Pattern has not been Published (as far as I can tell) somewhere.
I am terrible at creating my own Cross Stitch Patterns, so maybe someone here either has a version of the Tutorial PDF of the Cross Stitch Pattern or someone is savvy in creating patterns from Images. (I gave up...)?
My Favorite thing are Roses, Birds (Especially crows) and making practical fun projects... guess why i reeeaaally fell in Love with this design!
