Hello, how are you?  Do you have any advice on how to enlarge an amigurumi pattern? I have already tried with double wool, but I feel that it is very coarse, where I live they do not sell thicker cotton thread, do you have any other ideas?

Depending on how large you would like it to be, maybe doubling or increasing the stitch count? For example, if the pattern starts with 6 sc, do 12sc or if you would like it not so big, 8 sc?

You however have to understand fundamentally what the pattern is trying to create with their stitches though, to ensure your amendments are not affecting the shaping of the pattern.  All the best!
