How do you recieve your birthday gift?

Ive been trying to get my birthday gift of 2000 coins. I have my email verified and the emails in my address book, and i still havent gotten any message.

Thanks- yeah it sucks, I hope they keep some incentive to stay on the site for a year. It also sucks that they havent changed the birthday messages, its really misleading.

But why?
Its really disappointing to hear. Getting coins is harder and harder. Watching Youtube videos is now 300 coins, admins and mods had to fight in the past to get back rewarding coins for replies, now birthday coins are gone...
