I thought the same thing and couldn’t ask for help because I was at level zero and it wouldn’t let me do anything so I had to go over to the e-book site and ask for help there. I then found that it happened to other people to, so I wasn’t the only one in the family of panic people. Lol

I was panicking until I managed to contact another person from here, who turned out to have exact same issue, so once we figured out that it was some broader issue rather than ban, all that was left to do was calm down and wait :D

Yes, same thing happened to me. All of a sudden, I had 0 credits and was at level 0. All points gone. I thought I had done somethind and could not email anyone. Glad it is back. All these points and so many patterns. This is a lesson to use up your points.

I think we need a support group external of the site in case this happens again. :lol I even went to the youtube channel but saw nothing under the posts.
