To make these delicious cookies, mix melted butter and sugars. When the butter is cool enough then beat the eggs in the mixture and add vanilla. Fold in the mixture of flours, and salt, followed by chocolate chunks. Shape dough into balls of 90g, put them in the fridge for about 30 mins. After taking them out of the fridge flatten the balls slightly, and bake at 180°C (350°F) in preheated oven for 6 - 8 minutes until just golden but still very soft (they will firm up during cooling). Let them cool before enjoying the chewy texture!
