PAT Conversion Help

I am having trouble converting a set of Halloween patterns that are PAT file for PCStitch. I cant seems to download the program onto my computer. Ive double checked the windows I selected and everything but it keeps getting denied when the download tried to progress. Could someone convert it for me please? Is there anything iPhone based program that I could try?

I have read online that Cross stitch saga opens Pc stitch and Pattern maker patterns although I have not tried myself.

I believe it is available on Android and ios
