Instructions:- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Dice the pork and liver into small, uniform cubes. Prepare the vegetables: chop the onions and garlic, and dice the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper.
- Sauté the Aromatics:
- In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onions, sautéing until fragrant and the onions are translucent.
- Cook the Pork:
- Add the diced pork to the pot and cook until browned. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Add the Tomato Sauce:
- Pour in the tomato sauce and tomato paste (if using). Stir to coat the pork evenly. Cook for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Add Seasoning:
- Pour in the soy sauce, and add the bay leaves, sugar (if using), and vinegar (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Simmer:
- Add enough water or broth to cover the meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Add the Liver:
- Once the pork is tender, gently fold in the diced pork liver. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the liver is cooked through.
- Add Vegetables:
- Stir in the diced carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, and green peas. Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Adjust the seasoning if needed.

- Once everything is cooked and flavors are well combined, remove from heat. Serve hot with steamed rice.
