About why I dont have permission to send a link address?

When I found a problem and needed to send a linked web address to react to the problem, I could not send it, prompting that I did not have permission to send the URL, the current situation is that only the text can be sent, and the address with the URL link can not be. I tried so many times that I couldnt. Have you all encountered such a situation? How should I have permissions and send links correctly?

Try removing the https:// from the url, and see if that works. If I dont remove that part of the url, I get that error, too.

I think you need to reach a certain level berfore you are allowed to send URL links.
only way to reach such level is to participate actively on the forum (i.e. answer questions, share patterns, give advice and so on)
