Just one question: Daily Lottery

Turquoise, can we get a daily lottery ?
I remember seeing something like this on another forum
It was a wheel that you could spin and once in 24h every user had the opportunity to spin it and win some coins, its just fun
I dont know if its difficult to programme something like that
