Issues

Im not really sure who Im supposed to speak or where i am supposed to write it but I have now found 3 patterns that I have already purchased and downloaded and when I try to re-download them onto my phone it will not let me it is expecting me to pay for the whole pattern again for example

I have already purchased these and downloaded them and yes they are in my ibooks yet all of them are expecting me to repurchase them so my questions is why. Why am I having to repurchase patterns Ive already purchased? On top of that these are only 3 I havent even gone through all of them but Im going to have to because I have already repurchased some and I knew I already had bought them so is this normal? And if now how do I get the issue addressed

I do have screen shots of all the ones that I have purchased and that they are in fact in my ibooks downloaded area so if you need the screen shots just let me know I do have them. I also have a screen shot of it telling me to purchase it.

Im having the same issues. Patterns that are in my downloads in iBooks that took me days to acquire gold coins to buy Im literally having to save up for days just to buy them and they are IN my downloads already, why is this happening?

Omg Im having the same exact problem as well. There are so many patterns Im having to save AGAIN and buy AGAIN even though I have already done this its going to take forever to save all the coins I did just to get the patterns again and they are like you said in my iBooks. I was told by one of the moderators that once you purchase a pattern am its in your iBooks you shouldnt have to make a purchase with coins again you should be able to download. Has anyone helped you because Id love to know why this is happening

Not sure why this is happening?  
If you have a copy of the original file please let us know if the file name is EXACTLY the same as the new download.

It appears the system is not recognising the old file name and "sees" the new renamed file as a new download.  Maybe?
