Uploading Pattern Help

I uploaded a pattern

And I got a couple of errors saying internal server issue when adding the PDF etc, but it looked like it was there. Since its submitted I cant see for sure if the PDF is there and if the 250 coins price for the pdf was added. Can a moderator check for me and see if I need to edit it or resubmit it etc?

Thanks! I just kept getting an error on my end and I wanted to make sure everything was good.
