Jyvä is Finnish for ‘grain’. Jyvä Collar is a collar which is knitted flat and in the round with a DK weight. The collar is knitted by starting from the bottom edge with Garter Stitch and continuing the textured pattern of cables, Dip Stitches and twisted knit stitches with neck shaping on the front. On the back there are textured patterns with cables as well as Garter Stitch edges. The stitches are then picked up from the neck opening and knitted with 2 x 2 ribbing for added flexibility and comfort next to the skin.
