Why I receive an anoucement of Payment ???

Hello
Im trying to go inside my account and once and once there comes a message that I have to make payment. Is this new on the web Pindiy.
Does the rules changed?

I havent receive any information about that either an email or similar.
Did you have the same issue?
Would love to receive some information about this.

I managed to log into my account, but after a while a notification about the payment appears)

Теперь у меня это окно только на личной странице. Оно не особо мешает, т.к. все действия на сайте можно делать альтернативными способами. Но просто интересно. Что это? Do they want to put a paid access to the site?
