I want to actually knit some of the patterns in my queue vs always following whatever a designer's new patterns are, try more designers and branch out, but the most important is probably knit from stash yarn. My mantra for 2025 is going to be "You have yarn at home."  Best of luck on your projects! I don't know if I can design my own yoke yet. Where did you get the Tide Loop Top pattern btw? I have the tee version waiting for me to finish this year too...

Ah the top is what I meant! I would like to knit the Eurus sweater sometime this yeah but it seems pretty daunting haha. I'd also like to try the Time sweater by Rachel Illsley. And Moreca knit!  Post time 2025-1-2 10:21

I would like to get my knitting mojo back this year.  Last year's knitting mojo was transferred to drawing and watercolour painting.  This year I would like to do a couple of cardigans for myself and a couple of sweaters.  I love colour work, so I might try to steek a cardigan just for fun.  We'll see if my mojo can make a split this year between fibre and paper.

Ohh, I am sending you knitting mojo through the internet I just bought a second hand watercolor palette and some watercolor paper and want to try it - do you have any recommendations on how to start  Details Reply Post time 2025-1-5 03:10

I am too scared of steeking eek haha If you are doing some steeking this year, please let me know how it went! Also how do you even find patterns for steeking?

There are good watercolor books on here or at your local library to get you started for watercolor. Just play. As for the steeking,I plan to use Elizabeth Zimmermans method for designing & steeking.   Post time 2025-1-5 03:26
