Why is everything in Mandarin on Pindiy today?

When I was logging in, I got messages in Mandarin characters. When I try to post a new pattern, I get windows with Mandarin characters. Everything is in Mandarin today here. Sorry but I do not read Mandarin nor do I speak it. Can you please explain what is going on?

Все массово учим один из диалектов КНР - мандаринский (не путать с мандаринами... Мандарин - так называли раньше типа князей, правителей в этой стране)... А коли серьезно... есть проблемы и посерьезнее чем эти иероглифы и нововведения не всегда в сторону участников(
