you talk about credits, I talk about the projects I purchased and they appeared at the top left of the page, now I can't find that section anymore

I tried to buy two patterns, now they have to be downloaded immediately, but the problem remains. If they don't restore my book where I saved the projects purchased in the past, I lost them all and there were really a lot. Can't this serious problem be solved?
