No puedo acceder a mi cuenta

Buenas tardes, después de estar un tiempo sin poder entrar, al querer hacerlo me pide que cambie la contraseña, ya la he cambiado pero aun así no e permite entrar. Me he hecho otra cuenta pero me gustaría recuperar la anterior. ¿Qué tengo que hacer? Gracias.
