Transfered coins from EbookBBS to my account here

I transfered coins...made sure I had the right account with the address it gives you to check but the coins have not showed up in my account here. Can someone help me with this please and thank you. :)

I tried myself with transferring 10 coins from ebooksite to pindiy.
And it didn't arrive on pindiy.
On ebooksite i can see it is send.

I probably should have waited. I did without thinking the site was having problems a few days ago. It is hard for me to earn coins so to lose them is devastating to me..lol  Life is overwhelming lately so come here to relax and be happy.  Thanks for trying to help.
