Нет не дороже... если стоит просто скачать, то в зависимости от типа файла вы платите или 30 или 199... а когда еще и цена указана, то плюсуйте сюда и цену. При повторном скачивании у вас возьмут только за скачивание... В общем как то фиксируйте, что вы уже скачивали файл, а то переплатите в разы. А вот что касается смысла покупки... тут вопрос чисто индивидуальный - нас ведь ни кто не заставляет покупать... просто можете понравившееся занести в определенную коллекцию (подборку) и все.
