Rating a thread.

Can anyone explain the amount of coins you get to rate a thread and is it a daily allowance or something different?

I can never work out why when I run out of coins to rate sometimes there is another 5 appear a couple of hours later and other times zero for longer.

What is the amount of coins supposed to be and when and how does it refresh?

If you have used all your "Rate", the coins for the rating are restored after 24 hours.
For example, if you have used only 10 coins, then they (10) will be restored after 24 hours, you cannot have a "Rate" of more than 50 coins (at level DIY.5)

rating is depending on your level-your Level5- has 5 coins to rate
refreshes after 24h

rating coins are NOT your own coins
