Did you check the awaiting tasks if its still there. You need to get it from there. Sometimes it goes stuck there don't know why. You just click it there and colect.

You are very lucky. I am not sure why its not working for me. I can get the 16 coins but the 20 will not work. Been that way since the fairy painting task was added.

I cannot explain it. It is not in awaiting tasks either. I know about that as have done that in the past many times. It just gives me the error message "no ongoing tasks. Click here to return to the

Yay!! I am so glad for you. For me, its just the same error message but maybe it will fix itself eventually. I have the worst luck.
