I want solution

I posted bounty softlymadecottage - Sim Hayley-Mahou Kuma. Like many users on the site, I used set top card, but I found that one of the moderators blocked my use under the name Expier. Even though I didn't do anything, I want an explanation and a solution

No moderator blocked this. The top card is for a limited time. The system automatically removes it when it expires.

I don't think Expier is anyone's name, I think they just mispelled expire.

What you are showing is automated expiration. This is simply how the site works

no look to the screenshot you will find that i start use set top card on 2025-1-18  at hour 03:45 and it end in 2025-1-19 at hour 03:45 but actually what happened is after 4 hours and 15 min its not working if its automated  expression this means problem in the site and it need solution

@Turquoise There seems to be an issue with the process that automatically expires the pinned posts (with magic cards).
It doesn't last as long as it should.
Can you pls let the IT team know?
