I am adding a photo of different patterns I like. I want to make my own patterns.

What app do designers use to make these patterns? They all use the same symbols. Is it CS Saga?

Google "Stitch Fiddle", its a website/web app that lets you create your own graph/charts for cross stitch/crochet/knitting either from scratch or by uploading an image.
