Tiny Fonts

SINCE this disastrous system update,
the font is tiny for me, I need a magnifying glass to read the headlines. I can't find any settings to enlarge the font,
On my PC everything is normal, all pages are normal size
Google- Chrome font size 100%
How can I change this ?
