I can't access a pattern

Hello, I've tried to look at a pattern (https://www.pindiy.com/thread-646222-1-4.html) but I recieve the message -Sorry, no permission to read this thread 90-

I've tried to report the issue a few days ago but as of today, nothing has changed.
Do I have to do something else or just wait it out?

Still don't understand the meaning of this. Some users restrict access to their patterns for 0 and 1 DIY. When you have 2 DIY, the read permission will be 90 and you can look and download it.
