I tried Searching in Pinterest and Google photos but I can't find anything I started thinking it's AI ?

Hello it doesn't look AI to me, you can see the decreases in the tummy area which are generally not visible in generated content.
I tried the reverse search with Lens and I found one that seems to match:
Emiliartwork Reindeer crochet pattern, on Etsy.
It's not available on the site, but the pattern is quite affordable if you'd like to make your own :) or you can alway open a bounty!
