Hello, if you haven't found it through the search bar, unfortunately it's not posted (yet). You can offer a bounty (the higher the reward, the higher the possibility of someone resolving it). You're best off putting out a bounty for this pattern as I don't think pattern requests/upload requests are fulfilled outside of that forum. It's super easy though and the instructions will guide you through the process, good luck!
