I usually have to refresh my screen after paying for a design, I can't just download straight after paying, so try that.

Look in IBooks at what you’ve downloaded already, I can usually find and download from there

Hello, try to reload the page and then click again on the link :) It works for me

After buying, refresh the page, then try to download. If it times out, wait a couple seconds and try again. Keep trying, with an occasional refresh of the page, until it downloads. Sometimes, it can take several tries to download a file when the site is really busy. You can always try again later.
