Why I can't download a file that a pay ?? Please help

It can sometimes take several tries to get a file to download. Make sure to occasionally refresh the page, and try again. If it doesn't work, give it more time and try again. It will download eventually. Keep trying until it works.

Yesterday, it took me a total of 14 hours to download a file. After several dozens of tries over 4 hours, I gave up and came back in the middle of the night (my time) and tried a few more times. It finally downloaded. I figure the servers were too busy when I first tried, and I waited until the site was less busy to finally get the download.

Here's what I do: first click to buy. refresh the page. wait 5 seconds. click to download.
Takes a minute but this method works better.

OH MY GOD THANKS A LOT! I tried downloading like dozens of times since 8 hours ago, I was so dumbfounded cause i'm really new to this site and this is my first download. It kept on showing server timeout and I tried using VPN, changing my internet to my hotspot but still cant understand why it wont download. Your comment explains everything and when I tried again just now, finally I can download it! Thank you so much have a great day!

This happens to me too, and I have to press the refresh a few times

I've had this happen before. Try refreshing the page and trying again, or sometimes if you try at an unusual time (like early morning or late at night) when the servers are likely to be less busy, that can help.
