Accidentally spent 30 Pin on my own pattern...

Anyone know if I can undo this? I'm new to this forum and was playing around with some things and accidetnally spend 30 pin on a pattern I uploaded yesterday. Would love to be able to get these back if there's a way. So gutted about this and cannot believe myself!!

The best way to earn Pins is by uploading and sharing patterns. You get some pins for creating the thread, and pins when members buy your pattern. Keep in mind that there seems to be a sweet spot in pricing patterns, depending on the designer and type of pattern, to maximize the demand and your earnings. Also, if you reply in threads (remember only one reply per thread or you may get penalized) you can earn 10 pin every 1 minute for a reply.


Another way to increase your pins is to fulfill bounty requests found here www.pindiy.com/forum-21-1.html . Sometimes you can earn thousands of pins by fulfilling requests.

Thanks so much for the tips! I'm certainly going to try some of these out. I have a lot of patterns I've downloaded and would be glad to share these with others, with the bonus of earning some pins, so it seems a win win. And I will definitely take a look at the Bounty section too.

Sorry to bother you again - I just wanted to ask you: how did you manage to get a balance of 711,984 pins?! I noticed the balance on your profile and was amazed. Thank you so much! I didn't originally post to ask for Pins, more to see if I could get them back and to share my frustration with myself. However, so many others have transferred pins to me and I am so grateful! I did receive them, so thanks again. You are so kind.

Thank you! Another user suggested I try the hourly tasks and I've already earned over 1000 pins by doing just two tasks! Hoping to build up my collection over time as I need axtra credits to get to the next user level in order to complete other tasks.

It took me YEARS, many uploads that folks downloaded, commenting on other's posts. Getting one pin for each profile you visit up to 10 per day. doing hourly tasks EVERY hour - it was hard work LOL...
