Pins for patterns

I got that patterns cost pins, but will I recieve pins for my pattern downloads?

Downloads or uploads? If you download somebody else's pattern, you buy it, that means you pay with pins you have. If you upload a pattern that means you share it with everyone, and for the price you ask at the time of uploading it. Does it make sense? You pins is like money in your pocket. There are ways to earn them, and there are ways to spend them.

So if I upload my pattern for 100pin, and then peaple buy it, I don't get any pins for every download?

If you upload you get paid.  If you download you pay so other people get paid.  I'm too dim to upload but I presume this is how it works?

How did you get this from the reply?  To me the reply reads you pay to download - other people pay you for your upload.

My english is not so good, so to be clear if I upload pattrrn for 100pin, and 3 people download/buy it, I recieve 300pins?
