iBooks section issue

I want to download this file from the files I've downloaded and I get this billing notice:

If a file is already in our iBooks section, we're not supposed to have to pay for it again, right?
I'm quite confused.
Could someone please be so kind as to explain this to me?

Anyway,  I had to pay the amount indicated because I needed to consult that file.
Still wondering though

I also avoid iBooks. After the update, I no longer understand how it works. There are three options. There are patterns that you click on - it automatically takes 30 coins and starts downloading. There are files that simply offer to re-download it and it will be free. And there are patterns like the author of the post. You click and it offers to buy it again at full price. Why do different patterns behave differently in iBooks? I don't know.

one still hangs there ominously, even though it was moved to the bottom. No. It's better to stay away from this iBooks.

It must be the same thread but the pdf got upgraded or changed. Once you pay for a file it should be free @Turquoise

The blue button only extends the time to delete the record, and has nothing to do with download charges. If the record exists in ibooks, then the download and purchase of attachments will not be charged again as long as you have paid once.

That file was the first one I purchased from the forum. It's already in my iBooks, on page 141, as you can see in the screenshot.

And the last image in this post shows that I had to pay again to download it.

In other words, I paid twice for the same file.

But if the file was updated or modified, no problem, you'll have to pay for it again.
