Missing hourly task for level 7

My level 7 hourly task listing has disappeared and I cannot claim it. Would someone please assist me. Thank you very much.

I went there but it doesn't show anything regarding level 7. Since the switch over it's the only one I've been collecting points from so now I'm not getting any points from PINDIY. I used to get 20 points every hour I checked in. Thank you for trying though.

did you look in the awaiting tasks area? My tasks occasionally end up in there.

That’s where Caro sent me and there was nothing there. I did it again just now. That did it. There was one for 20 for hourly and one for 16 that I haven’t seen in over a year! Thank you so much for your help.
