Does anyone know the name of this design/designer please?  I think it may be by Shepherd's Bush, but a Google search doesn't come up with any results.

You're right for the designer, Shepherd's Bush.
I didn't find the name of the pattern, but I think it's a pattern from the last retreat they make.
