As is tradition in my moms family (and many others in spanish speaking countrys) Good Friday means no beef just fish :P But heres the funny part what used to be a simbol of simplicity and sacrifice now means we end up eating salmon which cost more than a good steak these days!! Well, when you live in a conutry that world known for being the best meat, that happens.... :):) Thankfully we are smart shoppers, we bought the salmon on sale about a month ago bless the freezer!!! So tradition respected, bellys full, and the wallet only slightly offended We served it with some leftover potatoes from the day before (with some merken paprika and in the air fryer) and some veggies too. It was actually pretty good lol :)
