Your software doesn't recognize the floss used in the pattern.
I have added another file with DMC floss. Let me know if it works for you now.

Does your software recognize the dimensions floss? WHAT edition?

For the dmc floss, yes, my pm can read it. but this dimension edition cannot be read, thank you
