Why am I not allowed to post?

When I try to post and click on "New" in here: www.pindiy.com/forum-StitchTipsTricks-1.html I get the message that I am not allowed to post. Why? I am DIY.5 level.

Thanks for your response @Turquoise but I was not going to post a pattern or photo. That Thread is for StitchTips/Tricks and I was going to share some info, in the form of a typed text. To share my own experience when it comes to Stitching/Embroidery. I see other members were able to do that, to share their useful information. Why can't I?

In  scanned section... Our moderators will move to tip/trick section... No one can upload in tip/trick section.. That section is not like a "free talk section"


If you share information only , please write and our moderators move that section... (Please put a note for moderator with this post and my replies)
