Crochet Idea?

I have this random yarn I got for free. The ply consists of 2 strands of mohair and 1 is like a string with a paper flag (?). I tried to search it, haven't find anything like it except with the keyword "paper flag yarn". The most similar I found is from ice yarn. It's soft, but idk what to make with it? Any suggestions? I was thinking of making it into a textured sweater maybe.

Sadly I've tried making one flower to test it out, but the paper flag on the yarn doesn't really make it suitable for the Camellia sweater :(
