Helloo, I have a question in mind. I wonder if I leveled up my DIY level, can I change the price for the pattern I previously uploaded? Does the price I've set for the first time going to be permanent?

I don't think you can do that. You may ask any of the mods directly though.

Unfortunatelly no. The price is made according to the level you are at the time of the uploading. Afterwards the price is fixed and cannot be altered anymore.

I've never heard anyone ask to re-evaluate patterns when leveling up. So it's probably impossible.
But don't be upset.
I wouldn't advise you to set a high price.
When I came here, I considered the level limit to be very unfair. That's why I didn't upload any patterns on principle. Not a single one.
And now, finally, my long-awaited level 6 and I can set the price at 333 coins!

But turned out that very few people download expensive patterns. People are saving. If the pattern is cheap but nice, then even those who don't really need it will download it. What if it comes in handy. But usually only those who are looking for it and really need it or who have millions of coins in their account will download the expensive one. The exceptions are super new patterns from popular designers.
That's why it's better to set the price lower, and you will earn more pins due to the number of people who come to download.
And since it has become increasingly difficult to get coins lately and users are saving hard, patterns priced at even 250 Pins often go unnoticed.
But this is my personal opinion and I do not impose it on anyone. You may have a different position on this topic. These are just my thoughts.

I totally agree with you, there are some expensive patterns on my wishlist that I never get to buy and so many beautiful patterns at a reasonable price that I did bought and downloaded.  Post time 2025-6-3 16:57
Thank you! That makes so much sense, yeah I actually have a few new patterns from pretty new popular designer that I want to upload here. I just want to increase it by 10 or 30 from the original point  Details Reply Post time 2025-5-31 11:56
Absolutely correct! I rarely purchase a pattern here for more than 150 pins. If I want it, and it is 150 or less, I immediately get it. If it is over 150, I think about it and usually don't buy it  Post time 2025-5-31 06:36
totally agree ! even if i have enough to pay for the 200+ patterns, i usually wait to download and by then, i find something else to crochet. but if they're cheaper, i download immediately  Post time 2025-5-31 01:18
I completely share your opinion! I avoid downloading expensive models.  Post time 2025-5-30 20:46
It is so true! I am lucky enough to have saved lots of Pins, but still I don't like to spend them. If people charge too much I pass it by unless I so really want it. Aren't we (above all) sharing?  Post time 2025-5-29 23:26
I totally agree with you. The lower the price the more members will buy. The higher the price , hardly no one will buy it. Better keep your prices somewhere between 50 and 100 pin.  Post time 2025-5-29 19:26

I learned it the hard way...Usually, if the price is over 150 pins, I would re-consider.
