Those are some tight sleeves... I think the designer does not know what she's doing, tbh. Inside the pattern you can see (1st pic) how badly it fits on her, even. Her underarm!!!!
The pdf is very beautifully made but I did not realise how strechable the yarn needs to be for this kind of fit. The palm doesnt fit through the wrist area which is generally smaller for poeple.

I am so sorry this happened to you. There are no Rav projects to compare other's results. IMHO, your best course of action is rip it off and do it again, or gift it to a kid (if it even fits) LOL
