Help _ Reaching the moderators / administrators

Hey, does anyone have experience reaching the administrators and getting content / account removed?
I see threads of people wanting to be deleted (with their profiles still existing). How do I navigate this situation?

Accounts can not be removed, per moderators for years. You can just not log on anymore if you do not want to be here. Hope that helps.
