Why do I need to pay again for things in my IBooks?

I am finding that I have to repay for things I have paid for and need to download again.


Is there any reason for this?

I'm also interested in why we actually have to pay again for some pattern in our iBooks.
I just randomly tried out a few, and 3 out of 5 would require GC again.
Even a pattern that I got 1.5 months ago.

What strikes me is that this is the case for threads that were edited AND additionally moved at a later date.

There has been an issue with this in the past, but I don't remember the answer. Likely the mod team can help!

You always have to pay the set download fee for each time.  You shouldn't have to pay the price on the page again.  You've got 200,000 pins though so not sure why this is a problem?

Just curious.  We shouldn't have to pay multiple times.

you just have to pay the 30 coins for the site, not the price for the uploader.
I know, that's kinda annoying but that's how it works.
It happened to me a lot after I lost my ext. drive & I tried to get patterns back again :(

I believe you don't have to pay again within 7 days of the purchase. After that the download fee kicks in. Mods, am I right?

Correct.  

But this has been paying the entire fee/price asked, not just the 30.
