With this pattern you can sew yourself a bomber jacket!
The fit is oversized and the jacket has a stand-up collar, patch pockets and elastic hem.
You can either close it with a zipper or snap buttons.
You can nearly use any kind of woven fabric, depending on your desired look – like felted wool, heavy coat fabrics, corduroy, denim, satin, linen etc.
The jacket has no lining.
There is a detailed youtube tutorial available for this pattern in English & German. Also there are written instructions with pictures in German and English as well.
Seam allowance is already included.
The pattern is availabel in 6 double sizes, please check the body measurement chart to figure out your perfect size.
List of materials:
- fabric (see chart)
- elastic 4,5-5cm wide, (AB: approx. 87cm, CD: approx. 94cm, EF: approx. 98cm, GH: approx. 104cm, IJ: approx. 113cm, KL: approx. 123cm)
- 7 snap buttons with diameter 1,3-1,6cm (regular or sew-on snap buttons) or zipper (AB: max. 61cm, CD: max. 61,5cm, EF: max. 62,5cm, GH: max. 63cm, IJ: max. 64cm, KL: max. 65cm)
- Interfacing, weight matching to your fabric: approx. 60x100cm
- Bias binding (optionally): 2m
Mod Note: Instructions in German and English, with A0, A4, US Letter, and projector pattern printable pages. Layered functions do not work correctly for A4, US Letter, and A0. Projector layer function works normally. Links to video tutorials are found in the pdf labeled "Video Tutorial Links English and German"
